The architectural design of Rosa Morada responds to the site's topography and San Pancho's tropical climate. Local materials such as stone, wood and exposed concrete are used, which age with dignity and require low maintenance.
Interior spaces flow towards the exterior thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, strategic double heights and internal courtyards that allow constant natural ventilation. High ceilings and lattices reduce the use of air conditioning, taking advantage of sea breeze currents.
Each residence is conceived as a private refuge: spacious terraces, infinity pool, kitchen integrated with the dining room and living spaces with panoramic views. The architecture does not compete with the landscape, it frames it.
